A Federal judge in Arkansas ruled against the state’s law banning transgender health care. A doctor who testified in the case, who has treated trans patients for 30 years, says,”It’s not just that someone learns that there are transgender or non-binary people in society and is contemplating that as an identity. It’s that they are having distress about the difference between their gender identity and their sex assigned at birth. That’s going on for months or years and is really impairing their lives.”
