Douglas County, Kan., says she won’t prosecute anyone after ‘bathroom bill’ goes into effect

The bill, referred to as the “women’s bill of rights” by supporters and “the bathroom bill” by opponents, will go into law next month after legislators were able to override Gov. Laura Kelly’s veto during the legislative calendar.
